Good Morning Heartache 출처 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UY--4SXzwkw&feature=related ※ 동영상이 보이지 않으면 출처를 클릭하세요.                                             우울에서 웃음으로 너무 우울한 얘기만 했나요? 때론 우울함도 슬픔도 인체의 카타르시스 역할을 하지만, 늘 웃음을 가까이 하는 것보다는 못하겠지요? 오늘은 거꾸로 웃음을 통해 건강을 챙기는 법에 대해 정리했습니다.   ○매일 아침 거울을 보면서 웃는 연습을 한다. ○이때 ‘나는 세상의 중심이 아니다’고 세 번 되풀이해 말한다. 무거운 짐을 진 사람은 웃을 여유가 없다. ○집 환경을 밝게 꾸민다. ○우습거나 즐거운 장면을 자주 떠올린다. ○웃기는 영화나 드라마, 유머책을 가까이 한다. ○배우자나 아이를 즐겁게 하거나 간질인다. ○코믹하게 산다. 때때로 자신을 코미디의 주연이나 조연으로 여기면 실수를 즐겁게 받아들일 수 있다(그러면 코메디의 주인이면서 코미디의 주연이 됩니다). ○유머와 동떨어진 삶을 살았다면 유머를 가까이 한다.  유머가 익숙하지 않는 사람은 △상대방이 유머를 시작했을 때 △친한 사람과 말할 때 △결혼식 생일 등 주변 분위기가 좋을 때 상대방보다 자신을 소재로 한 유머를 주로 하면서 유머를 가까이하기 시작하는 것이 좋다. 최근에는 자신을 낮추는 유머를 하는 사람이 매력적이라는 연구결과가 나왔다. 전문가들은 유머 중에선 사람을 조롱하는 유머보다는 특정 상황을 묘사하는 유머가 더 낫다고 평가한다. 남성에 비해 여성은 ‘성차별적 유머’를 싫어하는 경향이 있으므로 여성에겐 남녀가 등장하는 유머를 조심하는 것이 좋다. 또 모르는 사람 앞에서는 지역이나 정치 등 논쟁거리가 될 만한 유머를 피하도록 한다. (며칠 전 제가 유머를 소개하는 편지를 썼을 때 이 점을 간과했습니다. 한 분이 ‘건강편지의 품격에 어울리지 않는다’며 따끔한 지적을 해오셨습니다. 죄송합니다.)
