1. type1 : supra tip depression and collumellar retraction
type2 : loss of tip projection and septal support
type3 : total loss of cartilage vault integrity and flattening of the nasal
lobule
type4 : loss of the bony vault and further loss of lubular support.

type 3가 inveted v-shape과 관련있겠고 치료는 타입 1은 simple rhino 2.는
open rhino 타입3.4는 costal cartilage를 이용한 nasal support의 재건이라더군요.
